Tease.com.au is one of Australia’s fastest growing 100% free dating websites. The site launched approximately three years ago as one of DogHouse Media’s earlier large-scale projects.

Tease.com.au is currently in its second round of development with DogHouse as a result of its skyrocketing growth. Since its recent traffic increase, the company has decided to change the direction of the website to appeal to a greater audience and offer more extensive end-user functionality.

We originally developed the site using an existing commercial application which gave us a secure and reliable platform upon which to build. We started out by removing the bulk of the unwanted functionality, (typical on any off-the-shelf product). We then customised the application output, templated the front end, and developed a range of additional features not present in the original application.

The end product was a simple, effective, pleasing and welcoming website that encourages user searches and signups in a secure, friendly environment. The homepage itself is particularly eye-catching as it features an image that tactfully appeals to not only a wide age bracket but to both the male and female target audiences.

We have optimised the content and built external linking structures in order to improve search engine rankings. As a result, tease.com.au is one of the highest rated websites for numerous Australian dating search terms. Since jumping up in the page ranks over the last few months, the tease.com.au membership base has exploded exponentially.
